Return Policy
ALL MERCHANDISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MATTRESSES, FURNITURE, BEDDING, TOP OF BED, SEE BELOW, AIR PURIFIERS, VIDEO CLASSES, ALL DIGITAL PRODUCTS, BODY CARE, ETC., ARE NON-RETURNABLE, FINAL SALE, AND CANNOT BE CANCELLED AT ANY TIME ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED. IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO SELL USED BEDDING, MATTRESSES OF ANY KIND.
RETURNS MUST MEET CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS DEPENDING ON THE ITEM, AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE, IMPOSED ON US BY SOME OF OUR MANUFACTURERS.
Organic cotton bedding, wool, latex, top of bed return policy.
• Products are returnable for refund or an exchange within 30 days of receipt of the order.
• Products must be new, unused, and in original condition with product tags and packaging intact.
• Due to the hypoallergenic nature of the products and bedding laws, items that have been used,
laundered, or are not in the original packaging are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Therefore, please refrain from using products that are intended for return.
• We recommend keeping the item in its original packaging/box and far away from any strong
smelling scents including perfume/cologne, plug-in air fresheners, strongly scented hand creams
or soaps, and other perfumed body care products.
• “Used” is defined as any length of time you have personally used the product.
• Please note wool filled bedding products may have a mild natural scent of lanolin which assures
you are receiving an authentic product free of harmful chemicals, toxins, and synthetics; this is
not considered a defect. Simply air out the product for one to two weeks and the wool aroma
should dissipate.
• Any product returned with an odor, fibers or other debris will be considered “used” and not be
eligible for return or an exchange.
WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM, YOU MUST FIRST GET A RETURN AUTHORIZATION BY CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 615-300-4434 YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES AND THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES, WHICH ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS AND SHIPPING CLAIMS
In the event your order arrives damaged then you must contact How To Be Green, LLC immediately at 615-300-4434 so that a proper damage claim can be filed with the shipping agent. You must retain the original shipping box(es) and all packaging materials in order for the shipping agent to do a proper inspection. If you dispose of any of the shipping box(es) and any the packaging materials before an inspection can be made then you waive the right to file a damage claim.
